Check-in & Check-out Times:

Check-in is at 4 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m.

Notify your Host of any damages or maintenance issues by calling Amy at 970-531-1630.

Upon check-out, please...
Leave your key in the lock box at the front door.
Leave your cabin in a neat and orderly condition.
Be sure your dishes are in the dishwasher and your trash is in the trash cans.



Pet Policy:

Cozy Canoe Cabin and Woody’s Bunk House allows up to two dogs.

There is a $100 pet fee for the duration of your booking.

• LEASH RULES:

Always keep your dog on a leash anytime it is outside the cabin. Grand Lake has many wild animals like moose, bears, foxes, and coyotes. Keeping your dog on a leash will minimize the likelihood of your pet meeting up with a wild animal. It is also the law in the Town of Grand Lake; all dogs must be on a leash at all times.

• PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET:

Always pick up after your dog. Place all waste in the “Pet POOP Pail” in the garage. Plastic bags are supplied in the pantry for pet poop pick-up.

• BARKING:

Please be courteous to your neighbors and do not leave your dog in the cabin if he/she is going to bark while you are gone.

• DAMAGE:

Accidents happen. If your pet damages the cabin interior or exterior please contact Amy at 970-531-1630 so we can assess damages and make repairs.


Smoking Policy:

Smoking is prohibited in all cabins and within 25 feet of any building or entrance. Colorado law does not permit marijuana consumption of any kind outside in public.


Daily Housekeeping:

These are “Housekeeping Cabins,” which means we do not clean your cabin each day. You are responsible for cleaning your dishes and emptying your trash daily.


Maximum Occupancy:

The maximum number of people who may occupy the cabin rental is indicated in the listing. This rule applies to day visitors and children as well. Unless otherwise approved by your Host, occupancy in excess of the indicated capacity may result in eviction and forfeiture of amounts paid.


Quiet Hours:

Quiet hours are between 10:30 p.m. and 8 a.m. Be considerate of others during these and all other hours. If another guest has let you know that you or your pet is disturbing others, please honor their request to be quieter.


Cancellation Policy:

The non-refundable down payment and balance due terms are explained in the Payment Terms section on the checkout web page for your cabin rental. Please review these terms carefully. You may cancel your booking at any time; however, all amounts paid are non-refundable.


Damage & Insurance:

The booking guest is responsible for any and all damage and fines for breach of policy in all cabins booked. Please review these terms outlined in your rental policy carefully, as a violation in terms may result in additional fees or eviction without refund.

Wherever possible, in lieu of a security deposit, our third party booking site, Evolve, charges a mandatory fee for third-party accidental rental damage insurance. This fee and the related terms, conditions and coverage amounts are detailed on the Booking Details section of the checkout web page and are incorporated into the rental policy.

If for any reason third-party accidental rental damage insurance cannot be issued for your stay, your Host reserves the right to collect a deposit (the “Security Deposit”) to protect against damages. If applicable, the security deposit will be detailed on the Booking Details section of the checkout web page and shall be refunded within 15 days of your departure date provided no deductions are made due to A) damage to property or furnishings, B) dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning, or C) any other costs incurred by your host as a result of your stay. Any damage to the cabin rental must be reported to Evolve and your Host before check-out. Damage not covered by, or exceeding the coverage limit of, the accidental rental damage insurance or security deposit, is your full responsibility. You grant your Host the right to charge the credit card number used to book the cabin rental for any such damages, including, but not limited to, additional cleaning fees. To ensure that the proper party is held responsible, please notify your Host any damages or maintenance issues found at check-in at 970-531-1630.


Other:

  • Events, parties and large gatherings will be considered with prior Host approval

  • You must be at least 25-years-old to book

  • Photo identification may be required upon check-in

  • Additional fees and taxes may apply
